[sdnog] GMS & 3G internet connection

Good evening :
           I was wondering , does my phone's IP address change when i drive
from a place to another ?, e.g from Bahri to Omdurman . or does it remain
the same throughout the entire connection duration? .   i'm talking here
about both of my public " gateway " and private IP addresses .
