[sdnog] snmp does not return data

Dears sdnogers ,

Greeting , 

I've spend about 4 hours trying to figure this out and I've
seen a lot of people with the same problem.  

SNMP not re-pulling the new interfaces not displaying . 

Any help would be appreciated.
