[sdnog] Problem with Cacti

Hi All, 
Hope you are fine. 

I have a problem with cacti software , the graphs was working fine , and suddenly stopped working , it doesn't draw graphs. 

When I checked the log I found this message: 

Cacti CRON[3918]: (www-data) CMD (php --define suhosin.memory_limit=512M /usr/share/cacti/site/poller.php 2>&1 >/dev/null | if [ -f /usr/bin/ts ] ; then ts ; else tee ; fi >> /var/log/cacti/poller-error.log)
