afrinic makes their training schedule available at:
http://learn.afrinic.net/en/events/on-site-training

usually, they ask for community involvement (ie. sponsors and
localhosts) to make this happen. it’s quite likely that they may not
have received an offer from anyone in sudan, and hence why they aren’t
there.

that said - there are other organisations _in sudan_ that do a good job
of ipv6 training. sudren, for example, has some very competent staff,
and have done these sessions many times. if there was sufficient
interest from the community perhaps you could get them to do some
sessions for the community. SDv6TF also did some training, if i’m not
mistaken.

many organisations offer exams and certifications.
some even think that they should be charging money for this!
worse still - some people actually pay!!

many of us that have been running ipv6 for a long time, think that you
can learn a lot of this yourself, and that your hard earned cash, could
be used for much better things. of course, you will have to put in some
effort, and do some work yourself, but that’ll help make you a better
resource in the long term. of course, many others will try to make the
case for paid-certifications; do what you feel is more comfortable for
you ..

if you *really* want some type of certification, try looking here:
https://ipv6.he.net/certification/
it’s well respected. and FREE!

of course, if you have too much money, feel free to spend some time with
your favourite search engine, looking for pay-per-use courses; there
are many. i, personally, can’t recommend any of them, as i’ve not
done any.
