[sdnog] Kernel panic issue

Hi there could you help me please

I am using Vmware vcenter converter to convert phy machine (centos 6.5) to VM, after convertion is complet and try to power on the VM, i see this error during VM booting

##Kernel panic not syncing fatal exception##
