Hi Wadah,

How do you know that? I think there are a lot of people don't use the internet because of the "language issues".
e.g Me :) it is much easier for me to write email/browsing ...etc with Arabic than English. 
so with IDN many communities can connect to the internet

we can register the Arabic IDN for SdNOG (اس-دى-نوق.سودان) and use Let's Encrypt to create SSL for it ;)
