[sdnog] creating cacti graphs

and how to stack:

AREA:cdef_sea_out#FF40FFFF:"Seacom      Out":STACK  \
GPRINT:cdef_sea_out:LAST:"Current\:%8.2lf %s"  \
GPRINT:cdef_sea_out:AVERAGE:"Average\:%8.2lf %s"  \
GPRINT:cdef_sea_out:MIN:"Minimum\:%8.2lf %s\n" \


add the :STACK   (including the : colon)
at the end of AREA or LINE[123].

The first one should be without 'STACK' then you stack others on top.
(best with different colours)
When done upwards with positive values, use the first negative data
without 'STACK' to start from 0 (x-axis) downwards and use 'STACK' for
the following negative values, adding downwards.
