hi,

so from the traceroute, it looks like your ISP is routing you to the 
quad9 node in frankfurt, germany.
that’s not good for you, or your ISP, since it’s worse performance, 
*AND*, it’s costing your ISP money, to send these packets to their 
transit provider, to get this to germany.  you can make things faster, 
and make them cost less, if you use the ndoe that’s in KRT.

if i was in your shoes, i would be harassing my ISP to fix what is a 
very obvious, and simple to fix, routing problem   :-)
