مهم ان يكون للمؤسسه نظام ويكي يحتوي علي كل تفاصيل المؤسسه و مرجع للموظفين
نستخدم  لمنظمه اس-دي نوق   برنامج ميديا ويكي - برنامج مفتوح المصدر يدعم اللغة العربية والانجليزية ولغات اخرى
لكن توجد العديد من البرنامج يمكنك الاطلاع عليها من هذا الرابط
