[sdnog] Android Studio installation problem

Hello All;I download and install android studio 3.0.1, during the installation SDK must downloaded and installed automatically which is not happen in my case so I downloaded it separately and added its path in the android studio program, but the tools are missing and many libraries as well, my question is why SDK didn't downloaded as supposed to??
Note: To download android studio source I needed to activate VPN browser to open the page (https://developer.android.com) so I thought that I need windows VPN during the installation but I tried many and didn't work.
