someone sent me this offlist.  the source asn in this case, is what used 
to be the nren - sudren.  it looks like :
# sudren aren’t peering properly at the SIXP
# the transit ISP (in this case sudatel) aren’t announcing these 
prefixes at the SIXP either

i’d be interested in knowing why this is happening in each case.  is 
there anyone with routing clue at sudren (and also sudatel) that can 
look into this?  happy to talk (and help) off-list.
