[sdnog] Content Providers Cost when they peer at IXP

Good evening everyone!

I want to ask about The Content Providers Cost when they peer at IXP.

who pay for the transit cost ? the bandwidth cost for these Content provider to fill/update their caches? who provide a management IPs for them to access their machines?

is this cost shared between all IXP peers ?

or should someone donate to provide it?

or the Content Providers themselves pay for it ?

سؤالي عن تكلفه الانترنت المطلوبه لمقدمي خدمه البيانات داخل نقاط تبادل الانترنت المحليه.

من يقوم بدفع هذه التكلفه؟ تكلفه الانترنت المطلوبه لتشغيل وتحديث بيانات الخدمه المقدمة.

هل تكون مشاركه بين كل الاعضاء في نقطه تبادل الانترنت ؟  هل يقوم مقدم الخدمة نفسه بدفعها ؟
