The most important thing about a NOG is that Network Operators talk to each other and learn from each other. Putting someone in front of a room to distribute knowledge is one way, but just being together in a room and talking to each other is a great way to exchange knowledge as well!

Whatever is on the agenda, people being/working/talking together are the greatest benefit to the community :)
