[sdnog] sub-domain creation

Dear Emad

Greetings,

As Daniel Shaw mentioned, you also can ask your domain provider (for
example .sd registrar) to configure dns delegation for your dns server if
you want to do it by yourself but in this case you need a public IP address
for your DNS server and you need to maintain it always on.
