The .ics file I got has this in it:

It does also say:

Which may be where your calendar is getting EAT from?  That suggests 
Zoom hasn't caught on to Sudan moving to CAT a couple of years ago.

On the other hand, the DTSTART and DTEND in the VEVENT should refer to 
local time, which is one hour ahead of what the wiki claims.

Time is hard.

Whatever my calendar says, I'll be there at 12:30 Sudan time. ;-)
