[sdnog] Net Neutrality in Sudan

For just reference,

Something that has happened down here in ZA,some providers started with
zero rating Facebook and whats-app, we now have some providers offering
small walled garden versions of the internet, and this is frowned upon by
many down here, and some like I do, feel this is a slippery slope to
internet segregation and serious monopolisation of services.
