Binary updates for all supported FreeBSD releases are out now.  If 
you're on a supported release, you can just run `freebsd-update fetch && 
freebsd-update install` to get the corrected timezone data.  No need to 
patch your system manually anymore.

If you've already patched manually, `freebsd-update` won't break 
anything.
