[sdnog] Late emails delivery

Dear all
Greetings,
Since the time latency is in many cases related to delivery email server
(sdnog mailman ☺)
Dear Sarah,
I do recommend to check the following:-

   - Mailman server time or NTP server is it GMT+2.
   - Check mail outbox queue.
   - Does DKIM and DMARC will affect.
   - Does it work with only Apple platform since you Sarah and Samir are
   using Apple devices 😁.
