Hi
It was very useful workshop, everyone noticed how it is important to update the IRR.
We did make some changes after the workshop, it looks irrexplorer.nlnog.net is not updating rapidly.
check this prefix as an example:
$ whois -h whois.afrinic.net -r -T route -B '102.130.248.0/24'

Best!

    Hi sdnog community,
    I hope you are doing well.

    We are pleased to invite ISPs , Telecom companies and any entity who has Internet resources (IPv4, IPv6 and ASN) to attend an online workshop on BGP Resource Management. The workshop will be held on Sunday 27 March 2022, 8:00 - 11:00 UTC [10:00 - 13:00 Sudan Time].

    The workshop is aimed at network operators that have Internet resources from AFRINIC or other RIR, and intend to operate BGP. You will learn how to make sure that your resources are adequately documented in an Internet Routing Registry (IRR) and how to build and automate networks filters using the IRR, for use in your network. If you are responsible for your BGP in your network, and have difficulty in using the IRR, then this is definitely a workshop that you want to attend, and you’ll learn modern techniques for automation, and get practical help that you can use immediately in your network.

    This is not a workshop that will teach you about BGP, and it is expected that if you plan to attend, you already have a background in BGP, and an undertanding of BGP, IP transit, and peering.

    For more details about the workshop, please see:

    Looking forward to seeing you on at the workshop!
